COMED-K UGET is a state entrance examination managed by a consortium of medical engineering and dental colleges in Karnataka. This exam is the entrance to engineering and architecture courses offered by more than 120 universities that accept COMED-K results. The COMED-K exam gives candidates access to over 20,000 BTech and B Arch positions. Over 70,000 candidates take the COMED-K exam each year.
Please note that anyone interested in applying for admission to the BArch program through COMED-K 2024 must first attend NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) and then the COMEDK Admissions counseling for the allocation of seats
COMED-K is an independent body registered under the Government of Karnataka to manage COMED-K entrance exams
COMED-K UGET is a state entrance examination that is mandatory for all candidates wishing to enroll in engineering and technical programs at COMED-K member institutions. Rankings are based on the results of candidates in the entrance exam. COMED-K UGET exams are usually based on a 10 + 2 or second PUC.
The COMED-K exam is a Karnataka exam for admission to various specialized courses at universities in Karnataka. Students wishing to enroll in a variety of B.Tech / BE disciplines offered by private institutions are required to take the COMEDK exam. The COMED-K exam is conducted once a year.
The COMEDK Exam consists of the following:
Students who have completed PUC or 10 + 2 in either stream and are interested in attending a specialized course offered by a private university in Karnataka must apply for the COMED-K exam.
Students taking the COMED-K exam must have completed a minimum of 17 years of age at the time of admission. The upper age limit is 25 for General students and 30 for OBC/SC/ST students. There is no limit on the number of attempts for the COMED-K exam.
COMED-K will begin consultations with COMED-K UGET 2024 after the announcement of the results. All qualified candidates must participate in the college admission counseling process through COMED-K UGET 2024. First, applicants must register for the COMED-K UGET consultation and indicate their choice of college. and courses in order of preference. Placement allocation will be based on an applicant’s grade, interests, and availability in a particular course and university.
The COMED-K exam is an entrance exam for admission to various professional courses offered by the consortium of private colleges in Karnataka. All colleges that offer these courses are members of the state body of COMED-K and must be accredited by the state government and are subject to standard counseling procedures. The COMED-K exam is also required for all the Non-localite students who wish to take various professional courses at private colleges in Karnataka.
The COMED-K exam is considered one of the basic parameters for all aspirants to join their dream courses in different colleges of Karnataka.
