The Master of Law (LLM) is an internationally recognised postgraduate degree in Law. The programme focuses on in-depth knowledge of legal and system. It involves study of legal regulations for running a business in an ethical manner for stakeholders, shareholders, workers, and business operations.The subjects range from foundational papers to the advanced ones such as International Trade Law, Commercial Arbitration, Corporate Governance etc.

Eligibility for Master of Law (Corporate and Commercial Law )  

• Candidates who have passed Undergraduate degree LLB (3 or 5 year course) with a minimum aggregate of 50% and above, from any recognised University in India or abroad recognised by UGC / AIU, are eligible to apply.

• Applicants who are in the last year of their studies in LLB (3 or 5 year courses) should have secured 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters / Years of Undergraduate Examinations conducted so far).
