Eligibility Criteria:

  • The candidates with academic background of 10th standard –  Min 75%  & 12th standard – Min 75% percentage.

  • The candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.

  • Candidates should have a valid CAT/XAT with Min 60 % scorecard.

  • Need to qualify ISB&M written competency test.

The weightage in selection process includes :

1. Written Test – 25%
2. Academics – 25%
3. GD & PI – 40%
4. Work experience ( if Any) – 10%

About PGDM Program:

ISB&M Pune Offers Two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management for aspirants. Apart from the PGDM syllabus, students gets opportunities to engage in Guest seminars, Leadership training, National Business Conventions, Special Guest Visits, Summer Internships, and other activities to enrich the overall learning experience. The program includes Core Courses and  Elective Courses.

Programme Offered :

SB&M Pune Offers Two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management.The programme PGDM is a AICTE Approved, designed to meet expectations of top recruiting companies. It is aimed at to develop business management knowledge, learn business analysis skill & tools, problem solving & decision making skill. Helps to Develop leadership talent and seek complete value system & attitude transformation career in India and Worldwide. The PGDM programme is 6 trimester programme with 8 weeks summer internship.

Core Courses : Most core courses are scheduled in 1st year (1st to 3rd trimester) of the programme. Some are scheduled in 2nd year (4th- 6th trimester). These include fundamentals of marketing, finance, operations, data analytics, supply chain, economics, HR and business research.

Elective Courses : The specializations can be selected by students. For each of the PGDM Programmes, a student has to select courses equivalent to 60 credit points in any of the following combination:

  • Marketing with Finance / HR / Logistic & Supply Chain Management/Business Analytics / Media & Communication
  • Finance with Marketing / HR / IRM / Logistic & Supply Chain Management/ Business Analytics / Media & Communication
